Mr. Singh is no stranger to hard work. By the young age of only 18, Mr. Singh buried his mother and father within a 2 year span. Despite a series of unfortunate events, he did not quit or give up hope. He raised his younger sister, brother and took control of the helm to hold his family together. He worked the midnight shift to put himself through college and law school. Mr. Singh was born in The Bronx (NYC), from hard-working and resilient immigrant parents from the island of Trinidad & Tobago. Mr. Singh's father was a Medical Doctor and his mother a Registered Nurse. They knew the value of education and hard work as a path to success. His parents taught him to invest in himself through the power of education. Mr. Singh empowered himself by studying law. He pulled himself up by the bootstraps and fought for his survival. A self-made man is hard to find these days!

Neil V. Singh, Esq. has over 20 years of trial litigation experience and holds a Master 

of Laws (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law - NYU | LAW. Mr. Singh is admitted and actively licensed to practice law in Florida, New York and New Jersey Bars. Mr. Singh has a deep depth and vast breath of legal acumen when it comes to Civil Insurance and Trial Litigation. For over 10 years, Mr. Singh has defended over 20 of the Nation’s largest Fortune 500 Insurance Carriers as their lead Civil Trial Defense Counsel in high stakes insurance matters. In the course of his legal career, he has taken to verdict over 70 combined Civil and Criminal trials.

Mr. Singh brings to the Firm the experience and background of pioneering one of the Nation’s leading Automobile Insurance Carrier - House Counsel Litigation Department from the ground up. Where he built the case management processes and streamlined a voluminous litigation framework that served as the model for the entire State of Florida.

 

For over a dozen years, Mr. Singh litigated and served as a Managing Attorney with litigation responsibility for over 6000 suits. He has secured numerous published Final Summary Judgments Orders in County and Circuit Courts, published District Court

of Appeals rulings and successfully obtained large recoveries for his clients. 

 

Mr. Singh also served as Managing Attorney for a nationwide insurance defense firm focused on general civil litigation including premises liability, negligent hiring/retention, auto accidents, residential/commercial Homeowner property claims (representing some of Florida's largest Homeowner and Automobile PIP Insurance Carriers), and all insurance coverage disputes.  

 

Mr. Singh’s litigation experience is battle tested and proven - serving as lead counsel in complex high demand exposure cases with extensive trial experience in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
